The retainer covers ongoing website updates such as copy edits, image swaps, layout tweaks, new sections, page updates, blog uploads, basic SEO adjustments, and general site maintenance. If it lives on your website and doesn’t require a full rebuild, it’s likely included.
Most updates are completed within 2–5 business days, depending on complexity and current request volume. Retainer clients are always prioritized over one-off projects.
You can request both. New pages, landing pages, and larger updates are absolutely welcome and will be handled within your monthly hours or scoped separately if needed.
Unused hours do not roll over, but I’ll always help you plan ahead so you get the most value from your retainer each month.
All requests are submitted through a simple, organized form fill. This keeps everything clear, tracked, and easy to manage.
